Arrested development was a show that premiered on fox in 2003. It ran for three season then immediately canceled out of nowhere in 2006. The show's create, Mitchell Hurwitz started rumors and promises about a movie being made. He tried to get a deal with fox for the rights to get this movie on the big screen, but could start script writing until the movie was confirmed. The lead guy Jason Bateman has signed on for the movie as for Will Arnett and Michael Cera.
I for one am happy that they are making this movie. This was one of my favorite shows and i would love to see all my favorite characters on the big screen again for one last time. The show ended in a cliff hanger so you don't know what happens to everyone. Buster, who got his hand eaten by a seal, fell into the waters to find another seal waiting for him. Mitchell left so many unanswered scenes that you have to make a movie to tie everything together.
